When will my order ship?

All orders are shipping with USPS in 5-7 business days, which is Monday through Friday. It could take between 2-10 business days to receive your order depending on the USPS. Everything is created, assembled, and packed by me, so your patience is greatly appreciated!
I put in the wrong address, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent artist I can't afford to do so! Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email me ASAP at katieplank9@gmail.com and I will do my best to rectify the error if I can! If your order has been marked SHIPPED, it is too late to adjust your address!
Do you ship internationally?

I can ship internationally. The shipping for international orders vary based on size, weight, and where you are located. The pricing reflect current USPS pricing and I do no control this number nor make a profit from shipping calculations. It takes USPS about 1-4 weeks to deliver outside of the United States. Please be aware that the international buyers are responsible for any applicable custom fees associated with their orders.
My order hasn't arrived yet? What do I do?

If you are within the US please give your order 2-3 weeks to arrive! Most arrive within the week, but with constant post office delays, this could take longer! Contact me via email at katieplank9@gmail.com, if your order doesn’t show up after the allotted time! Please include your order number and complete name in the email when contacting. Sticker mail and a small zine order is shipped without tracking if you are ordering JUST stickers or JUST zines. If you order other things, your order will include tracking!
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

I don't accept refunds or exchanges on my products but if any of your products arrive damaged, send me a photo of the damage and I will replace it for you.
Do you accept custom orders?

I am only accepting custom earring orders at this time. Email me with your design ideas and any reference photos you want me to base your design on. Be aware that your item will not ship quickly because it takes time to make and ship each product. katieplank9@gmail.com
